Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk, plus more, if needed
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine honey and matcha together in a small bowl until a smooth paste forms. Add yogurt and mix to combine. Spoon yogurt mixture in an even layer into bottom and slightly up the sides of a tall glass.
  2. Spread coconut cream along the inside of the glass to resemble clouds.
  3. Combine pineapple, coconut milk, banana and spirulina powder in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk, if needed, until desired consistency is reached, about 30 seconds. Pour into prepared glass and serve.
